On Sunday, September 15, 2019, delegates at the 37th Congress of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) who attended the Corneal Cross-Linking Therapy Surgical Skills Training Course, moderated by Prof. Carina Koppens and Dr. Kristina Mikek, were able to learn how to cross-link using the EMAGine C-eye Device.

The participants were shown the entire cross-linking process, performed on porcine eyes. Two methods of corneal de-epithelialisation were demonstrated, using blades and the Amoils device, and
